We stayed at Tara House for a few days during our trekking trip in Bali. The owner, Made, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He even gave us bananas for breakfast when we had to leave early. The breakfast itself was delicious and the location was ideal - central yet peaceful. The whole family was welcoming and we learned a lot about Balinese culture. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. We'll definitely be back for a short stay!
Totally recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely guesthouse in Ubud. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. The porch was a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We loved having hot water always available for a cup of tea or coffee. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast served on the porch was delicious with fresh fruit. The owner even took us on a tour of his incredible garden, explaining the Balinese culture and plants.
We felt very well taken care of, with nothing being too much trouble.
